Tandoori Cauliflower Topped with Yogurt & Dukkah

The best side dish to add to your main meal or even to have as a yummy snack. Spiced tandoori cauliflower baked to perfection and topped with refreshing greek yogurt and dukkah.

Tandoori Cauliflower Topped with Yogurt & Dukkah
Serves 4
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins
Total Time: 25 mins

INGREDIENTS:

Half cauliflower
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tandoori paste
100ml yogurt
20g dukkah
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C and cut cauliflower into florets.
2. In a small bowl, mix cauliflower, olive oil and tandoori paste.
3. Place cauliflower mixture from bowl into an oven proof baking tray and bake for roughly 20 minutes or until golden.
4. After 10 minutes remove cauliflower with a tea towel and shake mixture together. If the mixture is too dry, add a dash of olive oil and place back into the oven for the remaining 10 minutes.
4. Serve with yogurt and top with dukkah.
5. Enjoy!
