We happily accept returns in original condition (unused & in original packaging) for either a refund or exchange if you are not 100% satisfied with the product. All return requests must be made within 30 days after date of delivery. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we do not refund any shipping fees if you simply changed your mind. We will however refund shipping fees if the product is faulty or broken. Items that are purchased on sale or at a discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

To initiate a return or exchange please contact us at info@dovymykitchen.com to have a return approved. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return refund.

 

Returning for a refund or exchange process:

 

Please contact us at info@dovymykitchen.com to initiate the return process & receive return instructions. When you have returned the product in it's orginal condition & packaging, we will inspect the returned product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 days from date of returned product for us to process the refund or exchange. 

Shipping: 

 

We will only pay for return shipping if the product is faulty or broken. However, return shipping fees are non-refundable if you simply changed your mind about the product and these shipping fees will have to be covered by you. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
