When will my order be fulfilled?

 

Our team ask for 1-3 business days to fulfil packages. Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the package tracking number.

 

If I am located in Australia when will my order arrive?

 

Once your order has been shipped, we asked for 3-7 business days for standard delivery and 1-2 business days for express shipping. Please note, packages are sometimes subject to carrier delays which are out of our control.

 

If I am located in Australia how much will shipping be?

 

If you spend over $100 we offer free standard shipping to anywhere in Australia. If you spend less than $100 standard shipping rates apply and prices range from $15-$20 depending on the size and weight of the product you are purchasing. Express shipping is available at an extra cost and prices range from $20-$30 depending on the size and weight of the product you are purchasing.

Is shipping available Worldwide?

 

At the moment we only offer shipping inside Australia. We are looking at expanding and offering our products worldwide in the near future, we will keep you posted when this happens.
