    We happily accept returns in original condition (unused & in original packaging) for either a refund or exchange if you are not 100% satisfied with the product. All return requests must be made within 30 days after date of delivery. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we do not refund any shipping fees if you simply changed your mind. We will however refund shipping fees if the product is faulty or broken. Items that are purchased on sale or at a discounted price cannot be returned or exchanged. To initiate a return or exchange please contact us at info@dovymykitchen.com to have a return approved. We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return refund. Returning for a refund or exchange process: Please contact us at info@dovymykitchen.com to initiate the return process & receive return instructions. When you have returned the product in it's orginal condition & packaging, we will inspect the returned product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 days from date of returned product for us to process the refund or exchange. Shipping: We will only pay for return shipping if the product is faulty or broken. However, return shipping fees are non-refundable if you simply changed your mind about the product and these shipping fees will have to be covered by you. If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Non-returnable items: Sale Items Gift cards Downloadable eBooks Store Merchandise Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dovymykitchen.com.

    Our products are not authorised for resale. Any attempt to return a product purchased through a third party will render our return policy void.
  • Shipping & Delivery
    When will my order be fulfilled? Our team ask for 1-3 business days to fulfill packages. Once your package has been fulfilled, an email will be sent confirming the package tracking number. If I am located in Australia when will my order arrive? Once your order has been shipped, we asked for 3-7 business days for standard delivery and 1-2 business days for express shipping. Please note, packages are sometimes subject to carrier delays which are out of our control. If I am located in Australia how much will shipping be? If you spend over $100AUD we offer free standard shipping to anywhere in Australia. If you spend less than $100AUD standard shipping rates apply and prices range from $15-$20 depending on the size and weight of the product you are purchasing. Express shipping is available and prices range from $20-$30 depending on the size and weight of the product you are purchasing. Is shipping available Worldwide? At the moment we only offer shipping inside Australia. We are looking at expanding and offering our products worldwide in the near future, we will keep you posted when this happens.
