This recipe will impress your guests and excite your senses. Made with portobello mushrooms and stuffed with a delicious mixture of onions, garlic, bacon, cheese, breadcrumbs, seasoned to perfection.

Stuffed Mushrooms
Makes 10 mushrooms
Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins
Total Time: 35 mins
INGREDIENTS:
10 portobello mushrooms
1/2 onion finely diced
6 cloves of garlic finely diced
200g bacon finely diced
Small bunch of fresh parsley
Small bunch of fresh oregano
50g parmesan cheese
50g breadcrumbs
25g butter
2tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1tsp Truffle Oil
Dash of Olive Oil
Cracked Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. With your Dovy my kitchen Chef Knife finely dice onion, garlic, bacon, parsley & oregano. Remove the stalks from the middle of the mushrooms and finely dice the stalks. Add ingredients to a bowl and add Worcestershire sauce & truffle oil, mix ingredients.
3. In a small bowl add parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs and butter and roughly combine ingredients.
4. Grease a tray with oil.
5. Place mushrooms on tray and fill with the first mixture. Add second mixture to the top of each mushroom, to achieve a crunchy mushroom top. Drizzle with oil.
6. Bake for 20 mins or until crunchy.
7. Serve with cracked pepper and enjoy !
