Big Breakky's are super versatile, as you can choose what kind of big breakky you want, depending on what ingredients you have.

Big Breakky
Serves 2
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Total Time: 15 mins
INGREDIENTS
2 bread slices
4 bacon (rashers)
140g mushrooms in quarters
2tsp olive oil
2 eggs
15g butter
1/2 avocado
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Using a pan over high heat toast the bread (Use a toaster if you have one).
2. Using the same pan, cook bacon on one side of the pan and mushrooms with butter on the other side.
3. Once bacon and mushrooms are ready, place onto a plate.
4. In the same pan, using oil, fry eggs.
5. While waiting, slice the avocado.
6. Remove eggs from pan and place onto plate with other ingredients.
IDEAS:
You can scramble your eggs, if you prefer too and don't want to have fried eggs.
Jalapenos are a great combination if you like to spice things up a bit.
