We absolutely love Mango sorbet and after many experiments we believe we have found the easiest and most delicious Mango Sorbet Recipe to ever exist.

Are you excited to learn what the simple 3 ingredients are? If so, keep reading to find the recipe below!

3 Ingredient Mango Sorbet

Serves 2

Prep Time: 10 mins

Freeze Time: 3 hours

Total Time: 10 mins

INGREDIENTS

2 large mangos diced

1 tbsp on lime juice

100mL of water

INSTRUTIONS:

1. Dice two large mangos and place the diced mango pieces on a lined baking paper tray and freeze for 3 hours. Once the mango pieces have frozen, place them into a ziplock bag to avoid frostbite.

2. When you are ready to make your sorbet remove the mangos pieces from the freezer.

3. Add mango pieces, lime juice and water to your blender and blend together.

TIP: For a more runny/liquid like sorbet use more water. For a thick sorbet use less water.

TIP 2: If you enjoy the smooth texture, eat straight away. If you would like your sorbet to harden up, place in the freezer for 2 hours and enjoy later.
