Sticky Chicken & Veggies
Serves 4
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
Total Time: 25 mins
INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp chopped ginger
2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp tabasco
2 chicken breasts
3 carrots cut into sticks
1 broccoli
Optional: rice & sesame seeds
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cut chicken into cubes and season with salt & pepper
2. Cut carrots into thick sticks and broccoli into small florets.
3. Add olive oil to pan and shallow fry chicken until brown.
4. Mix soy sauce, sugar, honey & tabasco in a cup.
5. Add veggies and sauce mixture into the pan and mix.
6. When the sauce has thickened up, the dish is ready to be served.
Optional Step 7: Serve with rice and top with sesame seeds.
