This creamy chicken pasta is super quick and easy to make and totally delicious. It is the perfect lunch to whip up if you are in a hurry and feeling like some cheeky carbs. Cooked with tender juicy chicken thighs, in a creamy sauce and served with delicious pasta and parmesan cheese.

Creamy Chicken Pasta
Serves 4
Prep Time: 5 mins
Cook Time: 15 mins
Total Time: 20 mins
Ingredients:
250g spaghetti pasta
100g diced bacon
1/2 onion chopped
2 garlic cloves sliced
400g chicken thighs chopped
60mL white wine
400mL cream
Pinch salt & pepper
10g fresh basil
60g olives
Instructions:
1. In a pot cook pasta as per pack instructions and strain over the sink.
2. In a medium sized pan, cook bacon until fat comes out and then cook onions and garlic until browned.
3. Add chicken thighs and cook until golden brown.
4. Add white wine to deglaze the bottom of pan. Cook until wine reduces.
5. Add cream, salt and pepper and cook until cream reduces.
6. Add basil and olives and mix cooked pasta through dish.
7. Top with some parmesan cheese for extra flavour and enjoy.
