Fluffy Bread Rolls | The Perfect Homemade Bread Rolls

Everybody loves bread and it is such a fun thing to make in the kitchen. It does take a bit of patience and practise, but once you have learnt how to master this skill you won't be able to stop making bread!

Fluffy bread roll


Makes 6 bread rolls

Prep Time: 20mins

Rest Time: 3-4h

Cook Time: 10mins

Total Time: 3-4h

Ingredients:

250g baker's flour

6g salt

10g sugar

10g dry yeast

160mL warm water

15mL olive oil


Instructions:

1. In a glass measuring cup dissolve yeast in the warm water, let stand until bubbles form on the surface.

2. Add sugar and olive oil to yeast mixture.

3. In a bowl, sieve flour and salt.

4. Add the mixture prepared earlier into the flour and knead for 15 mins into a dough.

4. Allow the dough to proof (rise) for 3-4 hours, if your kitchen is quite warm this may take less time.

5. Shape the dough into bread roll shapes and let them rest for another 30 mins.

6. Brush the rolls with milk and bake for roughly 10 mins at 210°C.
